Our Kolache recipe comes from Grandmother Zamykal herself, and we think you won't find one better. We are proud to offer the best in Gourmet Kolaches, with 29 flavors to choose from, as well as home-made Klobasnikies, old fashion Angel Food Cakes, Secret Kiss cookies, fresh, homemade Fudge, mini Quiches, hot Coffee, Tea and much more.

All of our kolaches are made with the freshest  ingredients.  I get up at 12:30 am and bake all night and then starts the next 8 hour shift to sell them.  Whew!  Forgive me for not being open every day, but 4, 16 hour days, back to back is all my body can handle.  Remember, I still have my web store to run, special event bakes and supplies to buy on my off days.

Sausage, Sausage Cheese, Spicy Sausage, and our signature klobasnikie, Sweet Bacon.  If you've ever had pancakes and bacon and you get a little syrup on your bacon.  And it's that sweet and salty together.  It's not a maple syrup sweet, but a unique sweet and salty combination that's yummy!  You tell me what's making it sweet.
